Our Class Registration and Event Cancellation Policy

 

We spend a great deal of time preparing in advance for our lectures & events. The earlier you sign up the more assured you will be of reserving a space for lectures & events which fill up quickly. You may cancel up to 1 week prior to lectures & events and get a full refund. If you need to cancel within the week of the lecture or event, your enrollment fee will be credited towards the next lecture or event date. You can cancel by calling us at 408-354-5454 or sending an email (please include "Registration Cancellation" in the subject line) with your name, event and date to info@losgatosbaby.com .

 

Upon registering, you will receive an email with your entry ticket. Please print and bring along to the event. Paid tickets are transferable.
