Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell! We will accept returns for any item that arrives damaged. For in-store purchases, we will accept exchanges for in-store credit for two weeks after the purchase date with the original sales receipt. We do not accept returns for any item not purchased directly from Los Gatos Baby & Tot Boutique.

Shipping Policy

We will ship your purchase to anywhere in the world that mail goes to.

• Shipping is done using the US Postal Service.
• Shipping cost is done by a flat shipping amount based on the total purchase price.

• Shipping always includes insurance up to $50.
